The gals of Active Balance and Pilates+Coffee have partnered to bring you an evening of a self-care!


Ann Roth of Active Balance will be leading you through a hands on tutorial and demonstration of facial gua sha to benefit your skin.


Jacquelyn Brennan of P+C will be joining us to lead you through multiple breathwork techniques to aid in relaxation and core connection.

Breath is the link between body and mind. Breathwork can be used as exercises to relieve mental, physical and/or emotional tension. In addition to reversing the physical stress response in your body, deep breathing can also help calm and slow down the emotional turbulence in you mind.

Learning diaphragmatic breathing techniques and practicing breathing exercises can help you promote the coordinated activity of your deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.

The workshop will include: one gua sha tool and facial oil to take home with you and a hands on tutorial. As well as time spent learning different breath work techniques to take with you that not only aid in relaxation, but engage your core connection.
